A nice camera app that shoots or edit photos to 8bit lookalikes.
Every option you can imagine is available. There are presets for emulating specific systems like ZX spectrum and C64, as well as graphic cards like CGA or VGA.
You can expand it to emulate more profiles or systems via in-app purchases. But even the free version having enough options to play around.
