Leave Zemanta or not?

I think, I need to get rid of Zemanta now. It's so unclear if you get penalized from Google if you use that service. With all the cool Drag 'n Drop features in Chrome, it isn't necessary anymore, I'll guess. But a clear statement from Zemanta.org would be good. It's still a lot faster.
