Downloading Ubuntu 13.04

I'm so curious about stability.
I switched to Peppermint OS 3 from Ubuntu 12.10 because it felt unstable like crazy on my computer.

I tend to give Ubuntu 13.04 a shot if I can upgrade it without losing my data and programs on the partition.
