Trying Gnome 3.8.3 with Ubuntu 13.04

I wanted a new look. But at the moment it feels kind of slow compared to Unity. I'll guess I have to tweak it a little and remove all the crap like Spam-Assasin that will never be needed. Webmail ftw!
